DESCRIPTION:
HydroKem™ DGC is specially formulated to provide a high foaming degreaser that is safe to use on most surfaces. Proprietary surfactant blends along with d-Limonene and other performance enhancers provide a highly active degreaser without the harsh corrosives associated with other high pressure degreasers.
CHARACTERISTICS:
HydroKem™ DGC is red in color with a pleasant citrus fragrance when mixed. Our two part system allows for more surfactants to be incorporated in the final concentrate than competitive single-powder products.
HydroKem™ DGC dissolves completely in five gallons of water. While not required, a superior product will result from mixing with soft water. The mixed product remains stable and once mixed into solution will require no additional mixing. Our formula, when properly mixed will not clog chemical injectors or nozzles.
HydroKem™ DGC rinses freely without leaving residue behind.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill a five gallon bucket half full of water and add the entire contents of the pail pack to the to the bucket - both the powder and the liquid components. Continue filling the five gallon pail the lowest ring on the outside of the pail. Using a mixing paddle stir continuously until the contents of the pail are clear and no powder can be seen on the bottom of the bucket (usually about two-minutes).
APPLICATION: Dilutions will vary depending on surface to be cleaned. Typically a ratio of 20:1 will yield best results. Heavier soil may require higher con-centrations of degreaser. Results always improve when applied with hot water.
We recommend testing in an inconspicuous area for color fastness.
DO NOT allow the cleaner to dry on the surface.
Apply detergent from the bottom up to minimize waste and allow for the most dwell time. When washing do so from the bottom up and then rinse from the top down.
