- Order by website/phone/fax/email/US Mail. All prices are plus shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated. Illinois residents add 7.75% sales tax. Allow up to 5 to 7 business days for shipping and handling on most items. Prices subject to change without notice.
- Minimum Order - $10.00 Orders under $25.00 may take 1-3 days extra to ship.
- We will only ship orders if the Billing Address provided matches the Credit Card Statement Address. Please check you credit card statement. This policy exists to prevent credit card fraud and to protect your order. We use the Address Verification System (AVS) for all credit card orders to verify accurate billing addresses.
- For credit card security purposes we can only ship orders to the confirmed billing address of the card being used for the purchase.
- We do not ship to Third Party Addresses.
- Orders placed with a Shipping Address other than the Billing Address will require further verification. This will result in additional processing time before your order can be shipped. If you have an alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company please let us know by providing us with the Customer Service phone number listed on the back of your credit card so we can confirm the alternate address.

Notice about payments you make by check
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. Funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day and you will not receive the check back from your financial institution. If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds, you authorize us to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account to collect a fee as allowed by state law.

Most federal, state and local government agencies (including schools) are eligible for payment by purchase order.
US based businesses may be eligible to pay by purchase order with approved credit. Please contact us for a credit application and note that applications can take 7-10 business days to process.

- Most orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days of receipt of your order and payment confirmation. Orders submitted after 1 PM CST are processed the Next Business Day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
- UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service is available on in-stock orders received by 1 PM CST
- Most items will ship from our warehouse in Illinois; some will ship from our manufacturers or suppliers directly to you. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order. There will not be an additional shipping charge because of multiple deliveries.
- PRI Industries Inc. and Pwmall.com will not be responsible for shipping delays.
- Special Order items (i.e. Electric, Diesel, or Propane pressure washers; Hot water pressure washers; skid mounted spraying units; custom ordered pressure washers or sprayers with additional options) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
- All other orders may be cancelled PRIOR to shipment.
- Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and you will be responsible for all shipping charges (to and from) and a restocking fee. Items with Free Shipping will be charged the actual outbound shipping cost.
