Freight Charges

Most large or heavy equipment must be shipped via common carrier/truck.  We use a number of freight companies; therefore, our system can only provide you with an ESTIMATED freight charge.  If you would like to know the actual freight charge before completing your order, please Contact Us with the model, part #, your shipping address, if the delivery address is Residential or Commercial, and we will obtain a freight quote for you.

  • A commercial delivery address is a business that is located in a commercial or industrial district.  For example, most schools, churches, farms, and businesses operating out of a house are considered residential deliveries.
  • The customer is responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck. Truck drivers are not responsiblefor getting items off the truck.  Shipping charges do not include Lift Gate Service!  If you require Lift Gate Service to unload your equipment, please call us at 877-979-6255 or Contact Us for a quoted price.
  • Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.
  • NOTE: If we are given inaccurate or incorrect information about the delivery, and there are additional charges from the freight company after the equipment has been delivered to you, YOU THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES.  You will be notified of any additional delivery charges and you will be charged the extra amount.  Please Contact Us if you need assistance determining what kind of delivery address you have.
